Healthier Lasagna

You can make your regular lasagna recipe healthier by making a couple small adjustments without lacking any flavour. Simply omit layering cheese every layer by just layering sauce and noodles and just put the last layer lightly with cheese. Tastes the exact same without all the added cheese. You can also swap regular noodles for whole wheat noodles or even brown rice pasta as well is a delicious healthier option.

How to make household chores easier

Put your children to work! A lot of us tend to do our household chores and yard work ourselves. Just quicker and easier to do it ourselves. But is it? I can say from experience, that getting your children to pitch in with household duties greatly helps. Not only does it make your work load easier it is teaching our kiddos what its all about when they move out on their own and have responsibilities. Teaching your children how to up keep a home I feel is a real necessity. I give my children chores everyday and they also get a weekly allowance.
