As a Health coach I help clients figure out what health goals are most important to them and develop realistic plans to achieve those goals. I also provide support and motivation throughout the process, helping clients to overcome obstacles and stay on track.

Nutrition

Diets do not work, not for the long term. Every person is unique and thats why diets fail. We should be able eat, enjoy the food and feel great. I tailor my diet recommendations to suit your individual needs. Never worry about feeling deprived or hungry! I eat more now than I ever have and all my food is delicious!

Exercise

Exercise is also unique. We all enjoy different activities. I’ll help you experiment and find exercises that you enjoy.

Stress

We all suffer from everyday stresses, whether that is in your career, relationships, finances, home environment the list goes on. I got you covered and can help you navigate through life with much more peace and joy.

Addiction

Sick and tired of being sick and tired? I’ve been there! I have many strategies, so if you are ready to quit smoking, drinking or some other bad habit, I’m here to help you through it.

Cooking

Struggle with cooking healthy? I’ve got you covered. I have been self studying cookbooks for over 15 years. I have 1000’s of recipes and can re make any favourite into a healthier version, and believe it or not, its tastier and without the added guilt!

Tired of living in a cluttered mess and don’t know where to begin? You are not alone! Maybe you struggle with time management? Ready to get all your tasks done that you have been putting off? I can help!

Finding my balance

My Journey

Weight-loss has always been a struggle for me. I have been studying weight-loss for over 20 years, trying to find my right balance. I tried many different diets which worked for the short term, I would always gain my weight back.

I quit smoking in 2007 and my new habit became healthy cookbooks and experimenting with healthy cooking. I have 100’s of cookbooks and I have read them all from front to back. Healthy cooking became my new passion. In 2014, after years of research and trial and error I finally found my perfect healthy lifestyle balance.

I came to realize that my health was not only what I was eating it also had to do with my life. I was in a very toxic relationship with an alcoholic for 18 years, and I also was consuming more alcohol then I would like to admit. This too had to change in order for me to be my optimal self.

Through a lot of self study and self discovery, I ended my toxic relationship, quit drinking and then my health was on a whole new level. I have kept my weight off for nearly 10 years and not once have I counted a calorie, I eat more now than I ever have and I am never hungry. My life is full of joy and zero shame or regret. I cook the most delicious and nutritious food ever!

I became very passionate about sharing my experiences with others to help them achieve a healthy vibrant life. I knew if I could do it, ANYONE can.

I decided to take my learning to the next level and I studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I am now a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and I am also a Certified Gut Health Specialist. If you want to take all the guess work out of healthy eating and living I am your go to “Health Guru.”
